Our Leadership.

The Triangle Scholarship Organization (TSO) officially launched in 2025 with a vision to expand the impact of the North Carolina Educational Scholarship Fund (NCESF) throughout the Triangle region. Our goal is to ensure more young women have access to scholarship opportunities, mentorship, personal development, and the life-changing experiences available through the Miss North Carolina and Miss America Organizations.

TSO is proudly 100% volunteer-driven. Every program, appearance, mentorship opportunity, fundraiser, and competition is made possible by dedicated Board Members and volunteers who generously give their time, talents, and passion to empower the next generation of female leaders.

Our Board of Directors is comprised of individuals who believe deeply in the power of education, service, leadership, and community engagement. Together, we are committed to creating opportunities that help young women grow in confidence, develop professional skills, serve their communities, and pursue their goals both on and off the stage.

We are honored to build an organization that not only awards scholarships, but also cultivates leaders, changemakers, and role models across the Triangle.
